Wellness Center USA was founded in June of 2010 and began trading publicly in March of 2012 (Stock Symbol:WCUI). WCUI is the parent company of two companies reporting consolidated: Psoria-Shield and ProTec99.
Our family of companies includes Psoria- Shield Inc., and ProTec99. From physical healthcare concerns including psoriasis, eczema & vitiligo, as well as virus reduction on surfaces, the Wellness Center family of companies is poised for tremendous growth. Psoria-Shield is a medical device design, manufacturing, and distribution company. It’s flagship product, Aurora, is a first-in-the-world Deep UV LED targeted phototherapy device, treating skin disorders including psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and many others. FDA cleared, readily reimbursed by Medicare and private insurance, Aurora represents the next step in patients’ Quality of Life and dermatologists’ bottom line.
UV Phototherapy Treatment
Exposing the skin to ultraviolet (UV) light for therapeutic benefit is called “UV phototherapy.” Aurora™ is a unique device in that it provides both UVA and UVB light sources to provide maximum clinical treatment options. Is a Utica, NY based company specializing in design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical devices to domestic and international markets. PSI employs full-time engineering, production, sales staff, and manufactures within an ISO 13485 certified quality system. PSI’s flagship product, Aurora, is FDA-cleared and delivers targeted UV phototherapy for the treatment of certain skin disorders. Psoria-Shield Inc. was acquired by Wellness Center USA Inc. (“WCUI”) in August 2012 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.
ProTec99™
ProTec99™ is the solution that will allow quick and affordable sterilization in a wider variety of areas since it is not a fixed structure. Our patent-pending product employs proprietary technology in a battery-powered handheld device that allows the user to scan surfaces while emitting powerful UVC radiation. When used correctly, ProTec 99™ is a simple, safe, and effective method for disinfection and can neutralize 99.99% of viruses.
